My Morrowind has had two updates in the last three days. I don't have any mods installed. Anyone know what it was?

There was no update for Morrowind, but Steam sometimes updates various files on its own.

I have had that ♥♥♥♥ happening for years.
Updates which are 0 kb or a couple of kb.
Ignore them or get in contact with Steam to see what they are playing at.
This does not only happen for this game.....extremely annoying.

I compared in WinMerge the current Morrowind folder after this "update" and version from 21.04.2020 backup that I have. Can't see any difference.
There no changes at all, all files in Morrowind folder are identical. You guys are liars.

It's most likely Steamworks redistributable files or something.

A lot of games are getting ___kb updates.

disable steam shader pre-caching in Steams settings.
