Despite not being able to afford it you put a lot of money into a kickstarter.
In order to do that you stopped paying your mother rent.
You vented on a steam forum and got banned.
And now you want the kickstarter money back.
In the meantime you've been banned or blocked from several other games?
As frustrated as you sound, there is one fact of life regarding kickstarters. When you put your money in you'd better be sure you can afford it because it's lost money.
You are putting money into a product that isn't actually real, can take a long time to get returns on your money and, in some cases you may not see that money again.
That is how a kickstarter works. Effectively it's a gamble. You gambled with 10K you couldn't afford. You may have lost or you may not. The jury is still out.
