Also, not all mods are ready to be installed with Wrye Mash. I've had to restructure and repack a bunch of mods to make them work.

It is a tutorial for installing mods with Wyre Bash, it is only a couple of minutes long.
Also has a bunch of tools for cleaning saves, reporting differences between the active mod lists and the mod list of a save, and IIRC automatic activation of mods used in a save, if the current mod list doesn't match.
It's certainly not easy to use, but if you have more than a couple of mods, it's still an order of magnitude easier than manual mod management.
