Is Tamriel Rebuilt worth using the first time?

I only plan for one playthrough, if i really like the game maybe two. Is this mod worth using the first time or does it change the game too much.

Mod it anyway you want. It only changes the game for good.

I use TR for the first time myself. So far it doesn't change much to the vanilla game, it does add a huge new landscape to explore. You should however if you use any other mods read whether or not if there are TR incompatiblities. But if you only have patch, mcp, mge xe you should be fine. In fact mcp has the option to adapt world map for TR. nvm, my reading comprehension fail >_<

You absolutely shouldn't play TR on your first playthrough. You'll have enough to do as it is. Play it on second playthrought after you beat the game and expansions.

Also note that TR is not yet finished.

As for heads\bodies\textures. Better heads and better bodies are dated. I used to roll with robert bodies and mackom heads i tinkered with myself, but its mostly for my graphic ♥♥♥♥♥ set up. For vanilla feel you can just download familiar faces or facelift, enhanced textures and VSBR for body if you want it.

You can add it late, I believe. If you beat half of all available quests and get bored..
I don't think it's a good idea to add Tamriel Rebuilt from the start.

As for "Morrowind Enhanced Textures", yes. You should use them. It almost the same vanilla textures, but not that blurry.
As for "Better heads", see for yourself. There lot of head replacers for Morrowind around. Look at screenshots and find a replacer that suit you the most
