Report a translation problem
You absolutely shouldn't play TR on your first playthrough. You'll have enough to do as it is. Play it on second playthrought after you beat the game and expansions.
Also note that TR is not yet finished.
As for heads\bodies\textures. Better heads and better bodies are dated. I used to roll with robert bodies and mackom heads i tinkered with myself, but its mostly for my graphic ♥♥♥♥♥ set up. For vanilla feel you can just download familiar faces or facelift, enhanced textures and VSBR for body if you want it.
I don't think it's a good idea to add Tamriel Rebuilt from the start.
As for "Morrowind Enhanced Textures", yes. You should use them. It almost the same vanilla textures, but not that blurry.
As for "Better heads", see for yourself. There lot of head replacers for Morrowind around. Look at screenshots and find a replacer that suit you the most
