IMO, Spear of Bitter Mercy and Cuirass of Saviors Hide shouldn't really hold much problem from a lore standpoint, as those artifacts are associated with Hircine. IIRC, the Ashlanders don't really have much problem with him. But the Fang of Haynekhtnamet could pose some issues because it's found in a Sixth House base. Even though there's no direct connection between that dagger and the Sixth House, and the dagger fits within the material restrictions you want, the Ashlanders HATE the Sixth House. I can imagine that many Ashlanders would think of the weapon as tainted do to being in a Sixth House base.
