See here for easy instructions of how to with OpenMW:
https://www.reddit.com/r/OpenMW/comments/kjyrgy/ui_scale_up/
Sadly that does not work for me, if I scale the UI up to the point where the status bars are big enough, the rest of the UI becomes far too large, as you can see here - https://siasky.net/_BWaIpX6qAgJ7GVIxOnSS6T1xLfpjonM7CzLZlyyg5aKJQ
I assume there is no way to scale the status bars separately, or move them, in OpenMW?
OpenMW uses by the look of it XML sheets for the GUI and more, so it would be impossible.
Do not give up hope that it will not happen as I know they are working on incorporating mwse/lua (scripting engine and code), but it is taking time.
Once it happens I am sure the sort of mod you need will come along, as I also saw someone in a thread saying they were working on a mwse/lua UI for OpenMW.
