Egg Poacher Quest Bug
I have a quest for the Fighters Quild to kill 2 egg poachers in the Skulk Egg mine, I did that and I did not progress, I re-spawned them and killed them again and nothing as well. How do I progress???

How about learning how to fight them? It's not so difficult. Or run away, improve skills, and then try again.
More generally, don't expect that you can defeat all enemies anytime in whatever way you want.
