Does killing your own Summoned monsters have any negative consequences?

Not that I am aware of (other than being attacked by them). I had to provide two grand souls for my wizard's tower by killing Storm Atronachs or Golden Saints. I've killed a few of my own and never had any problems.

Nope. Because Morrowind is a perfectly balanced game with no flaws whatsoever, you can print money by capturing your own summons in soul gems, and then selling them. Strange that nobody on Tarmiel thought of that before.

Once upon a time I wanted to create a small mod that'd add a dialogue with Divayth Fyr where you could ask him how to become very rich and he would say something like: "Oh, well... That's actually very easy. It's not a secret either. You could just <explains how to use alchemy loop/some other op mechanic in game>... At times I wonder if I am the only person in the whole Nirn who thought about that." :)

No. In fact, there's a way of using Azura's Star as an easy way of increasing your Enchanting and Mysticism skills. Just summon a daedra, cast Soul Trap on it, kill it, and use the captured soul to recharge a magical weapon. Since Azura's Star is a re-usable grand soul gem, you can exploit this as many times as you want.

Azuras star + golden saint summon = easy permanent buff items.

lmao, lore-wise what you're doing is literally permanently killing them because otherwise they'd be sent back to their realm because their soul is there.

Not really. According to the lore, no daedra can be permanently killed. What we're talking about here is that their physical body is killed, but their spiritual essence ends up back in Oblivion until it can reform again as a physical body. If there IS a way to permanently kill them, it would have to be in the plane of Aetherius, but nobody's tried that yet. According to Skyrim's Dawnguard DLC, using a soul in a soul gem, even when the soul is from a daedra, just sends the spiritual left-overs to Oblivion anyway.
