Telvanni Advancement help

Whenever I ask master Aryon about advancing, he tells me to find out what I need to advance and do it. What do I need to advance to Spellwright and recruit Fast Eddie? I've done all the quests in the council house for the other mouths, and all of Aryon's (Except for the ones he gives me after advancing)

To get to higher ranks you need a stronghold and a mouth. And even higher ranks you need the upgraded stronghold

So I spent all last night making my stronghold, even upgraded it to level two. Aryon still won't advance me to spellwright (no new dialogue) and none of the other patrons have quests (The only other quest I need to do is get a robe for Neloth, but that can't be what's holding me back, right?)

Ayron should tell you what you need. Like if you need certain spells to advance

Could it be a skills issue? All the other factions require that you have one or more of their favored skills at specific levels before advancing to any given rank. I've only done House Telvanni once, and that was quite a while ago, but I can't imagine it being any different in this regard.

I don't think it's that, I have my required Intelligence, Willpower, and a couple minor skills at their requirements too. Is there a certain part of the main quest I need to reach before becoming Spellwright? To be honest I sort of rushed over to Sadrith Mora...

After some checking, it turns out that one of Aryon's quests is that you learn three basic wizard spells; one with fire damage, one with levitation, and Recall. These spells HAVE to be ones that you buy; custom spells don work. Have you done this quest yet?

Yes. The only quest I haven't done for him is delivering the daedra skin. Currently I am getting votes to become Hortator of House Telvanni
