The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Whenever I start Morrowind I get file not found and then im forced to close the game.
This continues to happen even if I uninstall all morrowind files and uninstall it on steam as well. I'm afraid that I will never get it to run again because I have no clue what else I need to do. This all started after I uninstalled the morrowind overhaul. I can't start the damn game at all! Its totally bricked for me! Any help?

are you coming with an error? and if so what is it? and is it when you click "new game" or maybe when you load a game? also do you just have the morrowind overhual installed? is there any other mods and what are they?
i had a problem when using the morrowind overhual and using one of the vampire mods at the same time. it would say a certain file was not found when starting a new game. the solution for that is to disable one of the graphic plugins from the morrowind overhual which is incompatib

I fixed it by a combination of uninstalling and reinstalling the game with steam cloud turned off. Also, I deleted my saves folder.
