But seriously, I don’t think one has ever been made. There’s some decent maps out there by the looks of it though.
But the main reason why we don't have a "quest marker mod" is because Morrowind don't needs one at all and because one of the best Morrowind features is precisely the exploring. Morrowind exploring is so good once you understood it, more challenging or complex, but also more reallistic, enjoyable and rewarding that any other video game exploration thanks to many factors: the uniqueness and extreme diversity in loot, enemies or interiors, the landscape design, the utility of flying or hiper jumping or underwater breathing, in many locations, the diversity of interactive fast travel services with actual worldbuilding and SPECIALLY the directions system, that provides the player some indications to follow to arrive to your destination.
As no other game provides real directions as in our world, near everyone get lost searching for some destination (including myself the first time that I played many quests), because we are expecting and easy, non-reallistic "gamey" way to find our destination as in most other games or at least artificially simple landscape in which we simply need to walk in one direction to see easily all locations, as in the typical "corridor" games or in bad open worlds-.
And as explained by Edubba, it's not the most wanted feature, so chances are slim.
