How Do I Get to Mournhold (From Vvardenfell)?

So, I have GOTY edition Morrowind, and both the Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions are installed. I know how to get to Solstheim from Vvardenfell, but I'm not sure how to get to mainland Morrowind and the city of Mournhold. Can any of you tell me how?

(Some minor spoilers below)







In vanilla you have to be magically teleported there from Ebonheart the first time (Mark and Recall should work after that, but I have never tried that). Since I am playing with a mod that delays the Dark Brotherhood attack that starts Tribunal, I also have a mod that lets my character travel to Mournhold from Vivec without the attack having taken place (the mod is called The Road to Mournhold).
