Enabling mods without Morrowind Launcher
Wanted to install Delayed DB Attack and Bloodmoon Latest Rumours fix for Morrowind, but the problem is my Morrowind Launcher doesn't work. I have to launch the game straight from the Morrowind.exe to be able to play it. Is there a way to enable the esp files without the launcher?

Bethesda Launcher game, piratism is not my cup of tea.
