(Ebonheart boat->Vivec, Foreign Quarter boat, Vivec Silt Strider -> Seyda Neen Silt Strider, Seyda Neen boat->Hla Oad.)
And yeah, walking is always an option. I just thought it was weird that my quest journal specifically said to take the boat from Ebonheart to Hla Oad, they even told me the name of the ship and everything, yet it wouldn't take me there.
Yeah, I only have vanilla Morrowind and I've never seen a boat in Seyda Neen. Silt-strider? Yes. Boat? No.
I think I may have broken my game though. I now notice that in Gnisis there is a tower on the temple that disappears as I get closer. I guess I'll just try to reinstall. XD

Wow, that's convenient. Thank you :D
That's not normal, I would advise you to test a thing called OpenMW. It's a new engine for morrowind that uses modern hardware. You don't have many mods, although some textures are available... But you get the vanilla version with no bugs and a much superior performance based on your PC.
I've heard of that, I didn't know it was already out! Are there any mods out for it yet? Either way, I'll definitely give it a try!
