Massive Input Lag

I am having massive amounts of input lag and would really like a little help so I can enjoy this great game.

My mouse feels like it is dragging a 50 pound weight
Input commands persist after key release

Might check the mouse sensitivity in settings. It can sure seem liike the mouse is dragging along if setting is set too slow.

I`ve noticed the same thing, but it only happens in menus for me, and not in the actual game. I have not found a fix for it and a clean install/reinstall does not fix it.

thanks for that but it has more to do with some process that the game isn't getting quite right. Like quickly moving the mouse and just as quickly stopping just to have the pointer continue accross the screen slowly.
Or to move forward and let go of the key but the character continues to move forward.
All without fps loss.
