I can't get to mornhold

Asien Rhine does not have a dialogue option about transporting to Mornhold. How do I get there?

Mournhold is located on the southeast mainland, in the district of House Indoril. You can just travel there, use a hopper, travel to each city/town as needed to get there.I forgot you can also use the mages fast travel.

You have to talk to the guard guy wearing adamantium armour outside of the great Hall near the end of the bridge. Exhaust all dialogue with him (if you've been attacked by the dark brotherhood) , and then you gotta talk to that girl and exhaust the dialogue with her.

This is only possible with Tamriel rebuilt. You cannot physically walk to mournhold without mods

I use Russian localization, and the console does not accept English letters, so I can not fix the error using commands.

Were you attacked by the dark brotherhood yet, and have you talked to a regular guard afterwards?

Regular guards don't tell me anything about the dark brotherhood, however that guard on the bridge tells me to come to that girl and she won't teleport me to the mournhold

In that case, have you been ATTACKED by the Dark Brotherhood? That's the first step in the chain of events that gets you to Mournhold.

Then the next step is to tell any normal guard about the attack. Your problem might be that you're talking to the wrong type of guard: all of the Great House guards count as normal guards, as do Legionnaires and Ordinators, but the Duke's Guard do NOT count as normal guards for this purpose. ONLY THEN will talking to Apelles Matius unlock the ability to teleport to Mournhold.

The dialogue option should be something like "transport to mournhold" near the bottom of the list, then you gotta tell her you've been marked by the dark brotherhood. You might have to get the option from appelus matius outside first "transport to mournhold"
