Where can I get bloodmoon and Tribunal?

I already have morrowind on a disc and I want to get Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions but I can't find them on steam?

The GotY edition (the one on Steam) includes everything. Even if Steam offered the expansions solo, I don't think you'd be able to use them with the disc edition of the base game anyway, the expansions usually require you have the base game on Steam as well.

So either buy the "complete edition" on Steam (and then you can store the disc edition in a box cause you won't be needing it anymore) or find the disc editions of expansions on Amazon, eBay, etc.

I managed to find the goty edition on gog for $8 and just copied the expansions from it to my existing morrowind install.

Yep, best scenario. Always if you can get a game on gog over steam, it's worth it. You at least own your game if you get it from gog, can copy it to disc or on a hard drive. No drm.
