The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

How do you teleport an NPC to you? Or teleport yourself to an npc?
I used a scroll of Almsivi Intervention but Hlormar Wine-Sot didn't travel with me. I tried waiting afterwards and he never showed up. I walked in and out of buildings and he didn't show up. I also tried basically every command I found when searching for a way to teleport him to me but nothing worked. What is the exact console command to teleport Hlormar to me? I have his axe (Cloud Cleaver) and I want to give it to him and then kill him to get it back.

I believe you should try typing "hlormar wine-sot" instead of "hlormar_wine_sot" in your PlaceAtPC command.

The PlaceAtPC command didn't work and I can't get the coordinates ones to work either.

For the PlaceAtPC command I entered PlaceAtPC "Hlormar_Wine_Sot",1,20,1 and it told me Script SysWindow CompileAndRun Item hlormar wine sot was not found on line 1.
Compile script not saved!

I have no idea what that means. I don't understand what i'm doing wrong and why they made this so complicated.

I've always liked Uther but tbh I don't know enough about WoW. I wish I could get into WoW but I don't have the money for it (I know you can play a free trial for awhile but eventually I'd need to subscribe and all that). Also thanks for that tip. I'll try it even though I think I might have done that already.

Edit: it worked! Thank you so much. Idk how I didn't try that. I swore I did...oh well. He did appear right after I entered that.

There are companion mods that allow for magical traveling with your companions, but the vanilla game doesnt allow magic travel with a follower except through silt strider and mages guild teleport. Not sure about propylon teleport.

Yeah I heard those types of mods I just didn't bother looking it up since Hlormar was lost somwhere else. I'll look up those mods tonight for later companions/followers though.

That DOES look pretty interesting, haha. I like the character just from reading a little bit about her. I've never done a full and legitimate playthrough of Morrowind so my current character is literally named The Nerevarine (and his class is called The One True Nerevar) so I'm not sure if I want to install that mod right now. I DO want to use it for a playthrough sooner or later though. I'm interested to see that companion affects conversations with npc's. Also i'm really interested in what she's going to look like.

It probably will depend on yoru head and body mods, if any. It may come with its own, but Im not sure, I used that mod before but its been awhile.

Oh yeah, of course. I'm using the Better Bodies mod, and Better Face mod but that's it. I'm not even sure if the Better Faces mod is working tbh, lol. Anyways I might try installing that tomorrow. Thanks for showing me that mod :steamhappy:.

Melian's Teleport Mod lets you add any NPC in Follow mode to a list of designated Companions who will then teleport with you if you have that option selected, and you can summon any Companion on the list. It also lets you place multiple Mark locations.

Personally, I prefer Abot's edited version, which lets you set multiple Marks, but limits the number based on your level, Willpower, and Mysticism skill.

Alternately, there's Easy Escort, which causes any NPC following you to warp to your location, wherever you go.
https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45712

It requires the latest build of the new Lua-based version of the Script Extender.

Why don't you just create a spell "Almsivi Intervention On Touch/Target?"

The game is hardcoded to only allow the Construction Set and the in-game Spellmaker NPCs to create Recall, Divine Intervention, and Almsivi Intervention on Self.
