Is there a good way to level luck?
So, I am left with only three attributes to max out one of which is luck. I was wondering if there is a good way to level it up or do I have to increase it by one point each time I level up? I am not sure if there are enough levels for me to max it out one point a per lvl.

Unfortunately, no. You will have to level it one at a time.

You're right that it must be leveled up one at a time. Luck isnt picked because it cannot receive a multiplier and you also never directly see a change in your characters performance since it effects everything you do by so little.

If you were into power gaming however the trick would be to make a custom class for your character on creation that one of their two favoured attributes are luck so you start with 50. Make one of your three bonus stat gains luck every time you level up and you'd have 100 by Lv.51.

It'll look like you're wasting the multipliers and you would be, but when your favourite stats are maxed out you wont be regretting having low luck and no way to fix it.

There's no way around it. You'll need to put 1 point into Luck at a time. However, you can do that at every level up... and still keep your other attributes in check. It starts with skill trainers who like you, and a good chunk of gold in the 5-digits.

Getting 10 training lessons in the same miscellaneous skill will guarantee that you'll receive a 5x multiplier to improving whichever attribute governed it. Doing that to two different skills of different governing attributes, between as many level-ups as affordable, will ensure that investing in Luck will not slow your character down. Switch it up, and stick to training in skills you aren't proficient in. That way, the costs of training stay cheap and managable.

By level 51, you'll be thanking yourself when everything feels... just a bit easier.

P.S. To make people like you, hold out your weapon. Talk to them. Bribe them 10 gold at a time until ~70-80 Disposition. (Bribing 100 gold is a rare necessity.) Then admire them to 90 Disposition. Go back to bribes if you drop below 70-80. Repeat until you're 90+. Then sheathe your weapon. They'll shower you at 100 Disposition with great discounts.

The max level is 78 mate so long as you start all you major skills at 30 and minor at 15 you'll have 40 luck at the start unless you pick luck as one of your favored attributes (it isn't necessary to max) giving you 50 starting luck. Just level 2 attributed by 5 and 1 in luck each level and you'll be 100 luck'd by level 61 bro!

You can choose luck as one of your starting attributes in character creation and that will give you +10 on luck out the gate. After that, just add 1 point every level up.

You can also install an older patch of the game and get as much luck as you want using the Sunder glitch. Fortify Luck Attribute Constant effect items are also a way you can 'permanently' increase it with gear you wear.

If your luck is high enough, merchants will actually pay you money to buy things from them. Luck, like lots of Morrowind things, is pretty broken at high levels.
