How do I run TES3 In 1080?

I need help in configuring or ways to run morrowind in 1920x1080,

Option 1: Get Morrowind Overhaul. It does it automatically, and installs a bunch of other graphics mods. Pretty hassle-free, don't need to bother much if you get it.

I only have a good solution for you in Windows.

1. Go into the Start Menu. Type "regedit". This will bring up an application, called Regedit.
   
2. When you are in, hit Ctrl+F (or go to Edit > Find), and type in "morrowind". When you do this, it will find a registry with that name. You can search again to get the next result by entering the Find menu again, and hitting 'Find Next'. Do this until you find a registry under something like Bethesda Softworks > Morrowind.
   
3. You can then click on Morrowind, and scroll down until you see 'Screen Height' and 'Screen Width'. Double click on them and set them to 1080, and 1920 respectively.
