Deleting spells

This is going to seem like a dumb question but how do you delete the spells your character buys from your spells list? I am buying spells so that I can use them for enchantments. Thing is, my character has next to no experience with any of the magic types so there is no way I am going to be able to use any of them. Nor do I want to; my character is a stealth-type character so I have little need for spells. How do I delete the spells so that I don't have a long list to go through whenever, say, I want to enchant something or I want to switch to the spell(s) my character came with? I remember that the Xbox version allowed you to delete spells so I don't know why the PC version wouldn't allow you to.

And, yes, I am aware of the console. I wouldn't mind using that if I cannot delete my spells legitimately.
