From your stats, I would say house Redoran fits you most. They are more warrior like and have ties to the temple. Their stronghold is pretty cool too. House Hlaalu are scumbags and House Telvanni are pretty magic oriented.

For guilds, just do whichever ones suit you best. It's not just the fighter's, mage's, and thieve's guilds either. You have the temple, the Morag Tong(assassins), the imperial legion, and some others. You can even join a vampire clan if you're up the task of playing as a vampire.

I agree with the above statement. House Redoran is the Great House that best matches your stats. You might be shut out of doing the Thieves Guild missions, though. It depends on whether or not you've done the code book mission for Eydis Fire-Eyes (steward for the Fighter's Guild Balmora branch).

With those 5 skills, the factions that work work well (disregarding potential RP conflicts) are:

- House Redoran (reasons mentioned above, and also contains Athletics, Spear and Heavy Armour as favoured skills),
- Fighters Guild (Ath, HA),
- Imperial Legion (same skills as redoran),
- Imperial Cult (Restoration),
- Tribunal Temple (Restoration).

Also worth noting: Short Blade is a governing skill for just about any rogue-like faction ( Morag Tong, Hlaalu, Thieves Guild, Berne Clan), and Restoration is not a governing skill for the Mages Guild (so you’ll have to train something else’s up in order to advance, like Alteration).

I suggest you replay the game many times, trying many different things. Thats why Morrowind is the best game in the series. Because... you can do anything and more.

you can join any guild you want there sometimes are conflicting quests but if you feel like cheating to avoid a ban in your guild just use the console to auto complete quest once you feel satisfied with tis progress.

As for the houses there are 3 of them and you can only join one.
Redoran, Telvanni, Hlallu

Telvanni is a good house if you want to be a mage. Be warned you will need a lot of levitation spells as many of their faction houses requires it.

House Redoran is a good house if you are a warrior.

House Hlallu is just plain weird Cassius Curio basically makes you his sex slave.

Telvanni for mages, you get to be a powerful archmage with little interest in morality and live in a giant mushroom in the middle of nowhere. What's not to like?

Redoran for warriors. These guys are my favourite Great House and give you a small stronghold of your own on one of the Ashland roads. These guys are honourable and are made up of a pretty cool bunch, outside of their leader who you'll end up replacing anyway.

Hlallu is mostly based on merchants and whatnot and are very corrupt morally. These guys are the best if you prefer hanging around the more populated areas of the map in the south west and give you an outpost on a hill outside of Balmora. Their stronghold is probably on the nicest location of all the Great Houses.

Problem is that im also a member of the mages guild since my character is more of a spellsword than a full on warrior while using nowhere near enough spells to go with the Telvanni. Not sure how big of an impact that has on my reputation with the Redoran

I'd say go for Redoran, looking at your major skills. You'll find advancement much easier with them.

You should never suggest people to use a cheat. That is bad mojo.

Lore-wise, House Redoran and House Telvanni do have a bit of a problem with each other. House Telvanni views House Redoran as a bunch of old fuddy-duddies hanging on to useless glories of the past, and House Redoran thinks House Telvanni as full of ancient psychos with magic powers whose crazed schemes will be the death of everyone.

Gameplay-wise though, you'll encounter no real problem unless you're required to interact with a member of the other House. Even then, unless it's under specific circumstances, the most you'll get is them being rude to you.
