How's level scaling in Morrowind?
We know level scaling is horrible in Oblivion.
How's this game? Is there a fomula based on player's level that matters enemies stats?

There isn't any scaling so you genuinely can run away, then come back when you're stronger.

Its fun i Noticed that picking skills etc dont really matter, still going to end up using them any ways in the long run. Just pick out your fave and go from there

alright. But it does have level scaling based on enemy spawn right?
I'm starting to encounter frost atronarch and such.

Don't have a 50+ level if you ever come across a sweetheart that goes by the name Gedna Relvel.

Player level does impact which enemies (and, in theory, which items in containers) can spawn, but individual creatures/NPCs do not get stronger as the player does unless they're specifically scripted to do so (e.g. Gedna). Also, some enemy spawns ignore your level, and some are adjusted based on how dangerous the area is meant to be, e.g. you won't find atronachs spawning around the Ascadian Isles, but they'll start appearing in Molag Amur and Daedric shrines fairly early on.

basically if you level, enemies don't get stronger, they all have fixed levels. But you won't see most of the strong boys on the earlier levels.
That is, if you don't use mods. There is a special kit by abot - Abot's Deleveler[www.nexusmods.com] that actually completely removes all leveling both from mobs' spawn lists and loot. And it's horrifying, since even a level 1 char can run across a Golden Saint strolling about, even though the chance is extremely rare. You also could get some fat loot too, of course.

Basically that is true, but Gedna Relvel does scale with your character (800x). Not ALL enemies have a fixed level.

for level scaling
-higher level items (ebony) appears more often in chests at higher levels
-assassins that attack you are stronger up to a certain point then they start doing multiples
-silt striders also get more annoying the more you level just on observation
------------
after that mobs are more difficult mainly in certain areas
Bloodmoon > Tribunal > Morrowind Imo
for Morrowind stronger enemies appear based on where you go.

Red Mountains(inside barrier) > Daedric ruins > Orc Forts > Dwenmer ruins > Wilderness > Road > Town
this is just a guideline there are some insane mobs that appear inside some of these morrowind is more about where NOT to go at certain levels. Of course if you are skilled you basically can go anywhere you want at any time of the game.

You are not wrong! I forgot about her. Are there any other scaling enemies?
