im attempting to install Westley's Pluginless Head Replacer but it wont work

pretty new to modding and im wondering what im doing wrong. Im extracting the finles into data files but it doesnt seem to work. any advice how to resolve this?

If you aren’t using Wrye Mash, then when you start the game, you will see a Data File tab in the first menu. Click on that. You have to put a check mark in each ESP or ESM that you want to use. You can do that in Wrye Mash or when you start the game.

There is no Esp or esm to activate :)
You should just download it and put it into data files folder with your mod manager
