Clothier with exquisite clothing sets?
I've finally come at a point in my playthrough where I can fling some serious monetary means and stocky souls at some CE enchantments. But after visiting the clothier in balmora, I'd like to ask for a lead on which clothiers in vanilla morrowind have exquisite clothing items. I got a ring and a skirt in balmora. I'm sticking to the extravagant robe I like best. Not optimal, but the eye needs some candy too.

The one you want is Agrapinna Herennia, in the Canalworks of Vivec's Foreign Quarter. She carries the full range of exquisite clothing. Millie Hastien, in Balmora, also has some exquisite clothing for sale.

Elegnan in Tel Mora has some Exquisite stuff.

Just remember to save an unenchanted set of Shirt, Skirt and Shoes if you haven't completed the Main Story yet.
