What to do after Ending?
Hail to people of Morrowind.

I've just defated the enemy (avoiding to give spoilers) and taken the gift. Now, is there anything I should do or somewhere to visit do you advise me to?

Yes, Solstheim is in my mind.
Is it okay to join the Thieves Guild and do their quests? I'm Master of Fighters Guild and Arch-mage of Mages Guild.

There's a fighters guild quest that has you kill thieves guild guys, but that quest is actually for the cammona tong crime syndacite who have agents in the fighters guild, and you can avoid that by going to the former fighters guild leader in ald ruhn for advice on quests and he will help you avoid doing cammona tong dirty business.

As for op, the next chapter in the story is in mournhold and dealing with the tribunal. After that solstheim is next.

Mournhold, then Soltlsheim, then TR

also, whats the point to sneak through the thieves Guild after you saved the world? Skip this or leave for new character

Actually, you can't join the Thieves Guild anymore on this character. There was a window of time in which you could join it while still doing the Fighter's Guild quests, but it was early on the Fighter's Guild quest-line, so it's been closed for a while now. However, you can still join the Morag Tong (assassin's guild), the Imperial Legion, the Imperial Cult, the Tribunal Temple, and one of the Dunmer Great Houses (Hlaalu, Redoran, or Telvanni). After that, Mournhold and Solstheim.

Thanks people. I guess I will go for faction quests then the DLC's.
Thieves Guild is left to another character. Maybe in my next reincarnation. :)

Anything you want. Start doing expansion set content in Mournhold and Soltheim and if you get too bored, you can download mods which add new quests and storylines.

just want to explain how to start the tribunal dlc. not that i think nobody knows but its good to haves notes on how to start it. simply sleep anywhere (with tribunal installed which it should as morrowind on steam is the goty edition) when you wake up a dark brotherhood assassin should attack you. at this point after you killed them your journal should update telling you to report to a guard what happened and voila tribunal is started.

OP probably slept enough times for this to have already happened, since he said he finished the main quest ...
There's a lot of exploration for its own sake in Morrowind. A lot of interesting stuff isn't tied to quests and will only be found if you make your own adventures. There are Daedric princes, vampires, slaves to free, unique priceless treasures to hoard in your tiny shack...

I was fortunate enough to own Morrowind on CD, so I had the map poster on the wall next to my computer. It has rough locations of settlements, caves and ruins.

But not every cave, tomb or mine. And some that are "marked" on the map can be difficult to see if you aren't looking for them. Same with the Solstheim map. Mournhold has a fairly complete map of the city, but no map of the sewer, Old Mournhold or caves.

But even if you do every quest possible, you will still be able to find many caves, tombs, mines and ruins that aren't tied to them.
