Issue with keyword (guarskin drum)
Being in Tel Fyr's Corprusarium under the tower and speaking to Uupse Fyr with the guarskin drum she asks gives a response of "So, I see you have a guarskin drum." (or something similar), but it isn't highlighted as a keyword like it should be, nor does it appear under any other options or in the choice menu in the column with disposition and such, rendering this part of the quest incomplete. This happens both in the vanilla game and a slightly modded ModOrganizer 2 setup without any gameplay changes.
Since save files save your keyword choices in unencrypted text, it's likely possible to add the guarskin drum key word with associated info like IDs and such that I don't necessarily have near others connected to Uupse. If there's another fix, or someone can open a save file up to or beyond that point in a text/hex editor and copy that string around it that would also likely fix this. Thanks!

Even after inserting info from a complete save file about the guarskin drum pointing to Uupse Fyr and having the closing data marker, it doesn't quite work. Welp, it isn't necessary, at least.
In fact, tampering that much with the save file had some really interesting effects. It almost set the game into some sort of New Game+ deal, though certainly not intentionally. Everybody else gets amnesia~! (except for people who notice your quest item first thing, or something similar)

Uupse may not take the drum from you, and instead just observe that you found it, without doing anything further. Thus, it is good to be prepared to deal with the Corprus creatures by draining their Fatigue, as described above, just in case. The problem can be resolved with the Console, by setting Journal A2_3_CorprusSafe 100.
No?
