Morrowind Code Patch / Map expansion (for Tamriel Rebuilt)
Hi. I accidentally activated the "map expansion" option in Morrowind Code Patch, now my map is very ugly mainly inside the dungeons. Does anyone know how to go back? Note: I do not use Tamriel Rebuilt, and I do not have backup saves. Thank you

Are you sure there is no solution? Have you tried to solve this? or are you a great expert on the subject? I am at uninterrupted 17hrs trying to solve the problem.

I found a save before the modification, tried to replace, but it did not work, the map is still bugged. The problem is elsewhere.

There is no solution. It is a known problem with the TR mod.

WryeMash ( https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45439 ) has an "Update Map" command ("Saves" tab, right click on a save) that may or may not help. May be worth a shot. Backup save before trying. Make sure you've turned off the option in MCP beforehand.

I'm not a master of the subject but you might try to find the previous-tamrieled save, reinstall w/o tamriel and paste the save.

I think that there is mentioned that once you apply to your save the map expansion, even if you uninstall it, it will still stay in your save. So you either need to load your older save before you installed the map expansion, live with it or start over.

Thank you guys for the answers. I tried old saves and it didn't work, I also tried to reinstall with a new game, and it didn't work either. I do not understand where the problem is, it seems that it is not in the game files or save.

Uninstall map expansion (you can do it by launching Code patch installer again, uncheck the map expansion and let it reinstalll the patch) and then you should load old save fine.
Otherwise there is another issue.
