Would you post your Warnings.txt from your Morrowind directory? I want to see exactly what's missing.
You shouldn't be missing the mesh as the game would have a default one stored in the BSA. More likely the mesh is pointing to a missing texture which triggers the error.

yes that is the step guide i reffered to
The mesh is directing to textures/tx_limeware_platter_01_bmp.dds.
The problem is that it should be textures/tx_limeware_platter_01.dds. The _bmp part is not supposed to be there. They must have forgotten to remove the bmp extension or something.
You should probably just delete the meshes to fix the problem, but you might also be able to fix the problem by renaming the texture to fix the filepath.
Rename the original texture (tx_limeware_platter_01.dds) and rename it to tx_limeware_platter_01_bmp.dds. You can also create a duplicate of the original texture and rename it instead, so you have both.
If you create a duplicate of the texture you should have one named tx_limeware_platter_01_bmp.dds to fix the problem and the other named tx_limeware_platter_01.dds, which is the correct filename incase you ever install a mesh that works right.
The same goes for the other problematic files, tx_limeware_platter_bmp.dds and tx_limeware_strip_01_bmp.dds.
You might also be able to fix the mesh itself, so that it directs to the correct texture, but I don't know how to do that.
i got so frusterated that i just started up morroblivion. and honestly im liking it alot. a couple weeks ago i got oblivion and modded it using a 2016 overhaul guide and it worked wonders. morrowind still has a vanilla oblivion look when it comes to interiors and alot of morrowind flora and fauna, but many of the modded textures leaked through so the grass and trees look awesome. its kind of inconsistant, but i honestly dont mind too much. always wanted to play these games with mods and finally decided to do so. and sense skywind and skyblivion are gonna take awhile longer (betting skyblivion will be finished first) i figure this is the next best thing.
regardless of how i play though i am loving the nostalgia. its crazy how you can remember objectives on games you havnt touched in almost a decade.
The meshes are from Mesh Improvements Optimized[download.fliggerty.com](Step 2.B, third item) and your missing textures are all included with the MIO_1.4.7z file (data files -> textures).
Are you using nexus mod manager (NMM) to install your Morrowind mods? Due to its age it's recommend to manually install (extract, copy and paste by hand) Morrowind mods as they don't play nice w/ NMM. In your case I'm guessing all the textures files were not install properly (or at all).
In general if you are missing a texture for a meshes you can:
It will cause some antivirus programs to flag it but that's because the author used automated installation that takes control of the keyboard & mouse at certain points.
