The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Who would win?
You know, I just thought about something...and I haven't seen anyone else ask this anywhere else on the internet....but...

WHO WOULD WIN:
Liberty Prime vs Numidium

(I also wonder if I'm the first person to think about this. Personally, I think Numidium would win.)

Numidium in an absolute stomp (maybe literally, heh). It's a high magic golem created to act as a god by a long dead (well, vanished) civilization. Even more powerful depending on its power source - for example, the Heart of Lorkhan, the being that created the Mortal Plane (which cost him his heart in the first place, ouch) and ultimately a power source for demi-gods such as Vivec, Almalexia, Dagoth Ur, and so on.

The second power source, the Mantella (heart of the Underking, basically- though the Underking bit happens later - long story), was used by Tiber Septim to subjugate all of Tamriel with Numidium. A whole land (pretty much the world) full of extremely powerful mages, assassins, fighters, demi-gods and so on. After it was lost (a whole other crazy story on its own), the reactivation of the Mantella powered Numidium by the Hero of Daggerfall literally broke time.

Liberty Prime has no chance, at all. ES is on another level from Fallout entirely, lore wise anyway.

Lol I still think it would be a pretty one-sided fist fight. I could just imagine Numidium literally plucking L.P.'s "nukes" right out of the sky, watching them hurtle over the mountains and blow up across the horizon.
Nukes? Read up on the Redguard Ancestors, the Yokuda, and their forbidden Sword-Singer technique called Pankratosword. Imagine a technique that lets you, essentially (there is more to it) create a sword with your mind so sharp it can cut atoms...(had to edit the following a little bit) although it's more that it cuts reality, in a sense. It's a tough one to explain to be honest. One thing is for sure, it is said to have sunk their original homeland of Yokuda, which was basically a continent.

Then there are reality warping Daedric Princes, demigods, god killing mortals, and of course world dominating golems powered by the hearts of gods or merged-mortal souls. For all we know depending on the power source, Numidium could BFR Prime and his nukes into some other plane who knows where, where they will detonate on Prime instead. Hard to speculate, lol...magic and ES lore is nuts. In general, all bets are off when magic is involved, especially magic fueled by deities.

Only way I can see Liberty Prime winning is in a straight up fight of fisticuffs without hax or magic abilities or anything like that... and the Numidium is controlled by an emperor who makes Neloth look like an idiot. Even then, it's unlikely Liberty prime would win anyways because Dwarven metal is canonically some pretty freaking tough synthetic metal, and not to mention, the Numidium could just put his foot over Liberty prime and go stomp him like a cockroach. Let's face it, Liberty Prime is getting it's ass kicked regardless of the situation.

Fallout is irrelevant to TES franchise
Liberty Prime is just a robot. Numidium is one of The Towers, the anchor points for reality in the TES setting. Yes, Liberty Prime has nukes. But considering the origin of The Towers, could nukes even damage them? Numidium wins, end of story.

But ultimately, different franchises, different settings, different rules. Why are we even making something out of this?

Well gee, I don't know. I guess for the same reason you decided to respond to a 6-year-old thread lol. Honestly I forgot all about this thread. But yes, I agree with your Liberty-VS-Numidium logic.

It comes down to who gets the first attack off.

We can assume that the mundane materials that Liberty Prime is made of is vulnerable to whatever kind of weird magical ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the Numidium does. However, we have no precedent for how whatever the Numidium is made from would react to a tactical nuke football to the face or an energy beam of non-magical origin. I'd say the winner would be whoever gets the first shot off.
the Numidum was built to subvert and take control of reality and acourding to kirkbrides CODA its the cause of the destruction of Nirn after it pops back into time in the far future and tears the planet to its foundations well a handful of dunmer and khajitt escape to the moons.

this is like making mike Tyson box a 6 year old in a wheel chair. nukes and lasers dont top taking control of the very fabric of reality and braking time just because someone flipped an on button

You assume Numidium gets to activate.
theo (Kitiltva) 2023. máj. 3., 22:01
Assuming there is such thing as activation.
Even then why would anyone compare deactivated Numidium with activated whatever.

I'm thinking of "activated" as a singular attack.

Anyway I'm out of this thread. You make things ridiculous.

Yeah this was a very serious topic and I made it ridiculous
