The Dwemer Laterigrade Manipulator is like a "blink" ability tool for Morrowind! Created by my team for the Morrowind Modding Madness challenge, this tool can be acquired by going through a series of tasks for an eccentric Argonian through a dungeon featuring over 100 new dwemer-themed assets created for Morrowind. You will find everything from Clockwork Dreugh to mysterious Dwemer-tech portals as you explore the ruins of Mzelthuand.
