How to use levitation, fast, easy and cheap!
Just buy a weak levitation spell, and have a spellmaker craft a "magnitude 1 duration 10 on self levitation" spell! Cheap for the wallet, cheap for the magicka (literally costs one) and all you have to do to keep flying is spam it! Even if your skill is extremely low, you still have a near guaranteed chance to succsefully cast this! And it's great for casting to level up alteration in case you need to get it higher for the Mages Guild or the Telvanni! (The only problem is the wooshing noise, am I right?)

The possibilites are endless. Thats why morrowind is such a great game...
