Luck and Personality are low and red...why?
I dont see any effects of diseases or spells, yet my personality is at 2 and my luck at 0 (both numbers are colored red). How do I find out why?

When you fight a Bonewalker, sometimes the effects from his curse still carry on over time. Cure disease/poison/blight potions won't work (I guess curses are distinct effects in the game). The only way to regain these attributes is to use restore potions (restore agility, strength, willpower, whatever you're missing).

I did it by visiting the tribunal shrine in balmora temple, which restores all attributes.

Just as a warning: If you do not have the code project, whenever an enemy hits you with a temporary "Drain attribute", and while you have a fortified attribute, the drain will become a permanent(until restored) effect. Waiting over time will not restore your stat, you have to remove whatever fortifications to that stat has, then restore and fortify yourself again.

Just something to be aware of.

There is also a "damage attribute" magical effetct. This one is permanent (unlike drain) and you can only reset it by using restore attribute. Not sure how many enemies use it but it does exist.

But then I should see it at the bottom right, no?

Yes, I think it is/should be displayed at the bottom with the other effects. However, the "damage attribute" spell/effect only needs a duration of 1 second for its effect to apply. So technically the spell isn't active anymore but its results are still there.
It sounds a bit silly and not really intuitive but thats Morrowind for ya :)

ok, thanks. what i'vs learned is just to use a shrine whenever my attributes are red for no apparent reason.
