(daggerfall) map markers not appering

(puting this in here because i don't know where else to) people keep saying i marked it on your map yet it does not apper and anything i mark on my map disappers i know this is not supposed to happen any way to fix this?

Iirc when a NPC "marks your map" on Daggerfall, what actually happens is that the building youre asking for now has its name written in huge yellow letters on the local town map, what you need to do is open the map and look for the building, the place is where the first letter of building name is

Also Buggerfall sometimes marks a different place than the quest log tells you to go, in that case you can try entering the new place

If youre looking for a dungeon on the outskirts, then what you need to do is open the fast travel map, then click at the province you need to go, click on the "find" button and then type the location name
