(Solved) How to make NPCs in Sadrith Mora stop hating me
I just went to Sadrith Mora for the first time (to join Telvanni) and while I got the hospitality papers 90% of the NPCs start with a reaction of 19. How do I stop this?

Nevermind, joining Telvanni seemed to do the trick.

Yeah, Sadrith Mora is a very xenophobic place and being associated with Imperial factions (especially being high ranked members of multiple factions) will make them hate you.
This includes the Mage's Guild, Thieves Guild, Fighter's Guild, Imperial Cult, Imperial Legion, etc.

I think also belonging to the rival House factions will make them hate you too.

I'm a Conjurer in the Mages Guild, that might explain it.

I'm fairly certain the hospitality papers do nothing for your character.

the papers are kinda broke-a-doke in the original game, since they don't actually do anything

there is at least one mod that fixes that - quote-unquote - knowing that it's possible bethesda did that deliberately to teach you not to blindly follow what everybody tells you
