Morag Tong or Houses?

Hi everyone.
I am master of pretty much all factions, except the morag tong and houses.
I wanted to do the morag tong these days, but I heard it may mess up with the Great Houses (like killing an crucial character from house).
What do you think I should do first?

Also, I downloaded a Join All Great Houses mod, has anyone tried one, do they work neat?

I'm using Join all Houses and it works great. The only thing you need to watch out for is that there are a couple quests that conflict a bit but if you do them in a particular order you can actually get away with doing both. There's a Telvanni and Redoran quest set at the same location, I think it's Shishi, and they each require you to kill some people from the other house but it doesn't seem to affect your standing in the houses. If I recall correctly you need to do the Telvanni quest first in order for them to complete properly though. There might be others but that's the only one that comes to mind.

Also, I've definitely done the Morag Tong quests in the past and I don't remember any conflicts. I know you do end up killing some people from the Great Houses but if you talk to them they'll usually know you're from the Morag Tong somehow and will attack you first so it doesn't affect your standing in the House. If you're worried about possibly killing a crucial House member maybe just do the House quests first before doing the Morag Tong, just to be on the safe side.

The Morag Tong do send you after some of the high ranking Great House members, but not until the main quest is finished. So on that part, you're okay. There might be a slight problem with the main quest, as two of the Morag Tong targets work for someone pretty crucial to House Hlaalu. However, the game also gives you multiple ways to accomplish that part of the main quest, and that important person already hates you, so getting them angry is really not a big deal for the outcome of the quest.

I think Morag Tong only potentially conflicts with Telvanni. I do not recall them messing with Hlaalu or Redoran.

As of now I haven't done much of the main quest (only talked to caïus about three times or so), and rushed the guilds, temple, imperial guard and imperial cult.

According to what yall say, it should be safer to do Houses quests, and do the morag tong as the last faction of the game. Now should I finish the main quest before doing so?
Also I remember having killed 2 brothers of morag tong (or camona?) in a basement in Dren Plantation, will it potentially put me on a bad situation within Houses?

I'll use the Join All Great Houses then. Can someone tell me the latest version to this day? I have a v1.4 file.

I'm currently using Join All Houses v1.4, works great, latest version I could find. Killing those two brothers in the Dren Plantation is actually a Morag Tong quest so you'll be fine. Unlike most factions once you become the Grandmaster of the Morag Tong there are still a few Grandmaster writs you can do and some of them will interfere with the main quest as well as other random side quests if you haven't done them yet so just be careful of those and you'll be okay.

Noice, then as I thought, I'll do the Houses first (and be careful about that cross-murder quest), and once I got the strongolds and all, I'll do Morag Tong.
