Thanks for the response.
Thats not quite what Im looking for. Im looking for something that uses icons of buttons to tell me what the buttons are for (e.g. X - Close, Y - Select Item, A - Select All Items,...)

Ok, I thought to answer you with the pure controller mods, but as you said UI (=the interface, all the menus, bars, etc)

Vanilla PC Morrowind has an option to simply use some "joystick", but probably doesn't work very well, do you tried enabling this option first?

Maybe some of these mods is useful to you:

Xpadder and Pinnacle Game Profiler are two general sites to adapt PC mouse&keyboard games to typical console controllers.

Thanks again for responding.
I will briefly explain my problem: when setting up my controller with a certain mapping, I tend to forget what certain buttons do, so I frequently have to alt+tab and look at my config to know how to e.g. select more than one item of a stack. To circumvent that I thought that maybe there was a mod which altered the UI so that buttons and their functions were shown. I would then map my keys to mirror that UI and solve the problem this way.
