How to eat and drink?

I cant figure out how to drink or eat.

You can eat a bag of chips, bakery items, and drinks etc... Just place your mouse over them and it will give you the options to eat with the E key. You have to buy them from Jabers Shop. There is no restaurants in this game.

You can eat cookies and cereal also. Fruits and vegetables too. Only if it gives you the option E. Some do, some don't.

it may be a bug because i can only pick up and put down food too, there is no eat option
literally unplayable if you cant eat or drink lol
il try again another time but it definatley lost me there

You need to drop the food or drink on a table or shelf then you can eat or drink it . If you drop it on the floor it will not work
