Fullscreen distorts pixels
When I go into fullscreen (or borderless) theres a weird distorsion going on where some pixels are bigger than others, this is specially aparent in the intro where the pizzeria's outline gets distorted as it moves to the right.
Ive seen other people's gameplay of this game, and none of them seem to have this issue, so if you know how to fix it, please let me know.

What's your screen resolution? The native res for Pizza Tower is 960x540, since I have a 1080p monitor, I barely notice any shimmer, if there's any at all
1440p monitors for instance wouldn't scale the game properly, as it's not a multiple of 540p
If you have a 1080p monitor, then I don't know the issue, but if you can give more details about it, maybe there could be better leads

My screen resolution is 1366x786, I run the game on borderless and at 960x540

That explains then, unless the devs put on interlacing scaling, then the best bet is by playing the game on an integer scale like you're probably doing. I usually put on windowed when I play at 540p though, so I can see the funny window names depending on where I am

I see, Since my screen is the problem Ive resorted to using Magpie to scale the game from windowed mode to fullscreen, and it works pretty well with the only problem being that I have to play the game with a white border around it

Nice, wish the devs could've included a border to go with the game if people want to play full screen on an integer scale, could add to the charm
If you don't mind clean/sharp pixels however, you can try messing around with Reshade to apply some screen filters, like smoothing, interlacing, or a CRT one, so scrolling won't be much of an issue like that. Though it might rely a bit more on your hardware and results may vary, I never tested this program with the game, but it looks like a good fit

I play it on a 1440p monitor and really haven't noticed an issue.

Maybe it's because shimmer might be less perceptive the bigger the pixels are, which makes sense since OP noticed it on a 768p monitor
I myself notice shimmering on my RG35XX while playing emulated titles there at full screen, considering the screen is 480p
