Report a translation problem
An expansion with 2-3 new levels, playable Noise in place of Peppino and maybe some hard mode (that was scrapped before release) would be something I would 100% drop 15 dollars on.
Something similar happened back when Demo 2 got released (like in 2018), there was another level designer along with McPig but that guy left because they were going through different directions each. Mcpig was gonna focus more on platforming, speed and a bit of exploration, while the other guy was going for a more mazey or puzzle focused level design.
