If you mean that one backer name called "******* Ellis Again", that can just be edited for any version that requires an ESRB rating: Specifically the console versions, as PC games can be unrated on Steam (Torchlight II is a good example of this, it's only rated on consoles).
The sewer level's name and the respective costume could be kept with a Language tag on the T rating, but Noise's taunt could be an issue. I do know that Guilty Gear Xrd was able to keep Sol Badguy's taunt with a T rating, but Injustice 1 censors Lobo's similar taunts (though WB may have done that intentionally with Lobo for other reasons).
