Pizza Oven confuses me.

Alright so everything was working fine right? Then I download AFOM and every other mod breaks. But the weirdest part is the fact that AFOM still works. Does anyone know how to undo the effects of AFOM.

I had this issue too! I was able to fix it however. Normally it seems like Pizza Oven will automatically downgrade your game to match that of the mod (I could be wrong here), AFOM locks the game on the most recent version. I was able to fix this by downloading an earlier update (specifically the last patch of the Noise Update before the Lang Update dropped) off of SteamDB. Currently I have two files of Pizza Tower with each version in it. Whenever I want to play a different mod or swap back to AFOM, I just replace the files in the game folder with the version I want to play. If you are going to do this yourself, I'd suggest making plenty of backups of both versions so you don't accidentally override anything. As long as you have cloud saving on, your progress and save files will be safe, even after flip-flopping between versions. One thing to note however, is that the two Pizza Ovens in eachh version are NOT synced. You'll have to either download mods twice to each, or copy over the mod files to keep them the same.

TLDR: Reverting Pizza Tower to a previous version made Pizza Oven run again.

Pizza Oven does not downgrade versions. It only supports up-to-date loading of single mods (which is definitely a problem when you compare Pizza Oven to other mod managers like Mania Mod Manager and Hedge Mod Manager, which do not rely on game versions and support multi-loading.
