I hear you. This secret is a pain. Just utilize Mort's double jump and snap directions to the other side when you bounce off a hook for the first part

yeah the only reason why i don't have trouble with it anymore is that i figured out how to do it consistently. that secret is so unclear how to clear it easily.

i'll be back, gonna refresh my mind on how to do the secret so i can describe it.

back. so on the second part where you have to turn around, hold left, jump when right above the hook you were just on, then hook onto the next hook.

I had trouble with it at first as well, but you just need to practice with and get used to Mort's controls.

If you're having trouble with a particular secret, it might be better to practice it as well as using Mort in general throughout the level a few times before going for a P Rank of the level.
