Hello, does anyone know why PTUCE keeps kicking me out?

this is copied from the ptuce gamebanana page

if you get: "You're running more than one instance" or something similar, it means that you are running more than 1 copy of PTUCE, check task manager and try to end any additional ones as ptuce uses a decomp and therefore it doesnt have steam api, hence why sometimes the game would be able to be ran twice or so, the game's code has a measure against this, hence why you get the popup. so make sure you are NOT running the game twice.
"Connecting To The Server Timed Out, You Are Now In Solo Mode": this happens for multiple reasons, it could be that PTU's servers are down/in maintenance, or it could be that you have been in the pause menu for too long (don't wanna get too code nerdy as to why), or it could be some code issue that we will try to resolve if possible, so for now, make sure you are meeting these requirements:
1.that you are logged in PTU, register in PTU first and log in, and then see if the issue persists again. (discord.gg/ptu), sometimes PTUCE doesnt let you login, so make sure to keep using the login button in the pause menu to get the password prompt and type in your password until you get a "you are now registered" popup or something similar and then restart the game.
2.that you aren't spamming the jump button/whatever input you use to get through the menu's while selecting online, try to only select it once without spamming, that should usually do the trick. 3.Your Internet/Firewall is NOT blocking the game, as we said, PTUCE is a new executable because it uses a decomp, so firewall might block it from accessing the internet, make sure to give it access. IF THE ISSUE PERSISTS, REINSTALL PTU AND PTUCE AND TRY AGAIN. if it still persists even after doing so, report it in the discord server
