Is pizza oven safe to use?

I wish to get mods for my pizza tower but I want to make sure that I don't get any viruses, please tell me if it is safe to download and the .NET that goes with it.

Yes, pizza oven is on gamebanana, and anything that gets uploaded to there gets checked before going on the website, and .NET is made by microsoft and is on microsoft's website

anything on gamebanana should be safe, but just to be sure, scan everything you download with virustotal.com
