Do WIN+R type in %appdata% find PizzaTower_GM2 click on it and delete "Savedata.ini" (this does not delete your saves) and run the game, that should fix it.

Once you reach your appdata\Roaming folder, look for pizzatower_gm2. in the root of that folder there should be a file called savedata.ini, delete that.
