My Pizza Tower: The Animated Series pitch to Adult Swim

If there are two games that deserve a TV series on Adult Swim it’s Team Fortress 2 and Pizza Tower. TF2 (sadly) screwed up their chance to get their own show on Adult Swim, while Pizza Tower has so much potential that I think it might be possible. But if a show were to be made, here are my thoughts on what I think it should look like…

Rating: First of all the show will be rated TV-14, because I feel like if the game were to be faithfully adapted for a show it would have to have that rating.

Episodes: So the series will be mostly episodic, but there will be some tie-in episodes. Although most episodes are stand-alone, an overarching story will form in time, and there will be character development later in the season or maybe in future seasons.

Animation: The art style, of course, will be 90s cartoon animation but will still have pixels.

Setting: The series will be set after the events of the first game, but to avoid spoilers I won’t go into detail on what that will look like. But if you have already beaten the game I think you have a good idea on the setting for the show.

Casting: I’m not gonna be that guy who casts all these big name actors. The only big name actor I would cast is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as Pillar John or Gerome. Pepino’s voice actor will be Mark Hamill not because he’s well known but because he’s a voice acting legend and I think he could come up with a good voice for that crazed chef. Gustavo will be voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson, who voices Kamek in the new Mario movie and also voices Gantu in Lilo and Stitch, among other well known childhood cartoon characters. Tom Kenny, voice actor of SpongeBob, will play The Noise. I can’t think of any other voice actor who would fit certain roles in the Pizza Tower cast, but if y’all have any ideas or better suggestions of who should play who I would like to hear y’all’s opinions.

I know Tour De Pizza has said they are considering making a Pizza Tower cartoon, but nothing has been confirmed yet. But what are y’all’s thoughts?

Also you gotta be the kind of person to think outside the box when it comes to creativity, if Adult Swim shows don't already give that away.

Also, don't pitch it to a forum, and get the rights first before pitching to AS.

Yeah, this is more of a fan-pitch than a legitimate one. It would be cool to work on the show, but I don’t think I’m cut out for that.

God I want a PT series so much. Unironically I've at least 3 times went "oh I know what to watch, I'll put on The Pizza Tower Show!" only to remember a second later that it's not a thing :(

Ikr! The concept is very promising. Tour De Pizza has already said they’re considering making a Pizza Tower series, but nothing confirmed yet. Just as long as they put the show into the right hands, I think it’ll be amazing.

Ok, so I thought this YouTuber, Lessons In Meme Culture, said Tour De Pizza has already considered making a show, but upon rewatching his video to double check he never actually mentions that. He mentions the potential of a Pizza Tower show, but never says anything about how it MIGHT be in the works. I might’ve heard that somewhere else, but I haven’t found a source for it yet. So yeah, I don’t know if Tour De Pizza has actually considered making a show or not. My bad
