is reviving snotty by editing the save file cheating?

Kinda, the option appears on the file when you kill him, but if you resurrect him, Pizza Granny at the slums will say "Snotty will remember what you did"
So it's kinda intentional but not at the same time, DDLC stuff if I do say so myself

the "snotty will remember what you did" granny pizza doesn't exist??? what are you on about?? I have accidentally killed snotty like 3 times and a revived him, that message doesn't exist, probably a mod you've seen.
