Unless there's official mod support it will never get steam workshop support, so Gamebanana is your best bet, personally never liked the workshop, too clunky to use and people can get away with stealing other mods and then posting them as their own.

It kinda is, but at the same time its not that hard. That Pizza Oven mod loader is quite helpful making things a lot easier.
