The Lap 1 S-Rank

I recently found out in R-R-Freezerator that you can take the free milk during pizza time and beat the level without going to lap 2, and if your points are high enough, you can finish the level with an S-rank. I'm curious if it's possible in other levels.

Fastfood Saloon is possible as well. The point requirement of twenty-thousand isn't bad at all because of how many extra points you can get from the cards if you grab enough of them. Besides those two I'm not sure what others are possible besides obviously The Crumbling Tower of Pizza. I know for sure WAR isn't possible as it is the only level with a possible perfect score, and it isn't possible to get the S/P rank until lap two.

i got the tower secret treasure on lap 1 and did all 3 secrets
